We are 'Leaders Ltd (Sovereign Harbour)' Preferred Contractors for all their tenanted and sales properties and have been for last 9 years.
Typically for Estate Agents we would initially prepare a new property for sale or let with repairs, redecoration and deep cleaning. Usually with tenanted properties our services will be called upon throughout the tenancy as required for maintenance etc, ending with an end of tenancy clean and repairs prior to the next tenancy.
